The traffic in 2014 films attracted more spectators abroad
French cinema can push a satisfaction crowing. Internationally, its influence remains strong. Quite the contrary. In 2014, according to the latest figures released by the CNC and Unifrance, the traffic films have attracted over 120 million viewers worldwide and generated € 390 million in export earnings, by combining sales (194 million ) and contributions in the form of co-production (196 million).
"French cinema abroad realizes its second best year in two decades, says Frédérique Bredin, president of CNC. France is now the leading exporter of cinema in Europe.
